Holden. The family dog.

He's getting old and tired. He spends most of the day laying down instead of trying to stand on his rickety legs. It's sad, but also a relief, because he used to be such a hyper pest.

"He's calming down," we say. But the truth is that he's dying.

Comments:
This whole photoblog is like some sort of Emo Ansel Adams piece - melancholy yet visually appealing.

Hope it is cathartic.

alright already, even the *dog* is dying?? send in the dancing monkeys or Something, let's lighten this baby up a little bit!

um.... that is... if you're accepting Critiques.... oh nevermind...

dogs die. weddings get called off. like so many other people, i want to know how someone i care about is getting through the reconstruction. it is especially wonderful to see & hear it from someone who is funny. this blog is very funny.

Not dying, slowing down. Ain't we all.

Thanks.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. I love it - just the way it is.
